This home was built in 1924. The garage was added in 1956. In the summer of 2016 we commenced a full site and structure remodel. No surface was left untouched, we scraped the entire site, cast about 1,800 s/f of new concrete, built a new fence, planted 3 trees and added new landscaping all the way around, tore out and built new stairs on the east entrance, replaced the roof, replaced all of the windows, exterior doors, most of the interior doors, patched and painted the existing stucco, and added gutters and downspouts. The inside was a complete selective demolition and complete renovation project. A lot of the original lath and plaster remains upstairs, we filled in some openings, and made some new ones. This house has new electrical service and wiring throughout, new plumbing, all flooring was replaced apart from the white oak in the living room and bedrooms that was uncovered and refinished. New kitchen complete, new bathrooms complete. This house needs to be seen in person to truly be appreciated. Come and take a look!
