A wide stairway off of the kitchen leads to a large second story loft area w/ skylights that is currently used as a master bedroom (not technically a bedroom due to lack of egress). The neighborhood is extremely quiet with wide sidewalks, huge leafy trees, and narrow streets. However, only a five minute walk south you will find 6th Avenue, a vibrant commercial area with restaurants, bars, shops, and more. Another vibrant commercial area, the Proctor District, is located only a 25 minute walk (10 minutes bike ride or 5 minute drive) in the opposite direction and includes two grocery stores, a post office, library, restaurants, bars, and more. In addition to the plentiful nearby amenities, University of Puget Sound is a 10 minute walk, Pt Defiance park is a 20 minute bike ride, and the #11 bus lines picks up a half block away to get you to the hospital campus and/or downtown. About us: We are NOT a property management company. We live nearby in the neighborhood and are responsive, reasonable, and would love to have a tenant that loves this house and yard as much as we do! Tenant pays all utilities, which includes gas from PSE, electric/water from TPU, and internet/cable (tenants choice). No smoking allowed. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
