Neighborhood Description This is the oldest portion of Palos Heights, which makes it very wooded and very desirable. Lot sizes are larger than more modern subdivisions, so original 40's and 50's homes have room for expansion or tear-downs. Even though the community is adjacent to larger cities, it has retained it's small-town charm. My home is two blocks from the ballfields and community pool, along with a bike trail that measures approximately 35 miles roundtrip!
