House is clean, and shared with two other tenants (both single male). Looking for a compatible roommate to occupy the master bedroom. The room is fully furnished, has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and has plenty of dresser space. Located near several parks, and large open space. Lots of shopping. Convenient to Denver or Boulder. Although this has a king size bed, because of limited parking, this posting is for single occupancy only. No smoking inside. No pets. No drugs. No behavior that is inconducive to the house, or the roommates. Because of the above conditions, rent is on a month-to-month basis. If I (or my roommates) don't want you there, then you can leave quickly. If you're not happy, then you don't have to feel obligated to stay.
