To repair any damage caused by visitors or friends to the premises. 6. Keep all trash out of the yard. No non-operational vehicles to be on the premises. Also, motor vehicles will not be parked in the yard. Overhauling of motor vehicles is not permitted. 7. To keep the lawn mowed and a neatly kept yard. E. No commercial activity will be conducted by the tenants on the property except by phone. F. Bicycles or motorcycles are not permitted in the house. G. Tenants further agree that upon giving the landlord 30 days written notice to be received by his agent or himself on or before the 1st of the month, also hereby grant them the right to show said property to prospective tenants. H. Landlord NOT responsible for spraying for pests except termites. I. NO PETS ALLOWED. J. Any agreement made by the landlord must be in writing as noted below: K.
