Move-in Monday, Sep 1. Rent is $1,740 per month. The Flat The main level includes two bedrooms, shared bath, washroom, kitchen, pantry, living room, dining room, washer/dryer area, and backyard. The main level of the flat is fully furnished [other than the open bedroom], and the kitchen is fully stocked. The bottom level has a private master bedroom w/ a bathtub, shower, three windows, walk-in closet, large closet, and a nook. One flat is located above our unit. The upper flat includes our landlord and his family; we have a wonderful, friendly relationship with them. Flatmates The flat is home to two working professionals in their thirties + forties. Personal items remain in our bedrooms, common areas are kept tidy, take turns w/ garbage, courteous re: noise, pet-free zone, cleaner comes every two months. French sliding see-through glass doors are located between the living room and a bedroom so the living room is unavailable when they are sleeping or having personal time. Utilities Costs run on average about $200 per month/per person for water, garbage, internet, cable, electricity, cleaners, gas, bathroom/kitchen paper stock, cleaning supplies. Neighborhood The flat is walkable to great dining, shopping and public transport. Dining at The Mill, Che Fico, Beretta, Little Chihuahua, NOPA and Nopalito, Souvla, Early to Rise and others. Drinking at Madrone, Bar 821, Fly Bar, The Page, Club Waziema. Shopping at Bi-Rite, Trader Joe's, Target, Safeway, Walgreens. Transit is 2 blocks away to Ebay/Apple, 38-Geary, 22-Fillmore, 24-Divisadero, 5-Fulton, 31-Balboa. Parking on the street is easy to find.
