Looking for a roommate to stay in spare bedroom in my home in Lakewood. Partially furnished with bed, nightstand and lamp. We can share a bathroom on the second floor or have your own bathroom in the basement. The house is located in a great area that's easy to get to things in Lakewood. Common areas include living room, dining room, kitchen, finished basement (family room), front porch, amazing back yard, and meditation room. There is shared laundry in the basement. I also have a driveway that you can use as well and plenty of street parking I'm fairly easy going and keep my house fairly neat and organized and I ask the same. I currently work full time and also just started a masters program so I'm fairly busy. I work from home most days. I'm also a musician so I'll be practicing singing/piano as well. Pets are not allowed. I'll take care of all yard work necessary. This is a room rental within my home with me living there. Rent will be month to month. I prefer non smoking. Utilities (gas, elec, water) will be split each month. Other utilities (e.g. internet) will be covered under the monthly rent. Cleanliness and help with cleaning in common areas is expected. Outdoor yard care will be covered by me. Shared driveway is included in the rent. The garage is used for storage only.
