The first offers a king bed and French doors that lead outside. A shared ensuite bathroom connects Bedroom 1 to the second bedroom, which features a queen bed and access to the backyard. An additional half bathroom ensures convenience for all guests. The real heart of the home lies outside in the backyard. Spend your days relaxing and soaking up the SoCal sun. When golden hour hits, fire up the grill and dine alfresco for an ideal evening BBQ. End the night around the fire pit table, or with a dip in the in-ground hot tub. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services, such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment. Guests are advised to deny access if any vendors fail to meet these standards.
