About This Lister I'm an artist, creative entrepreneur, and lifelong traveler who has filled this home with art, books, collected objects, and pieces from different places around the world. This is very much an artist's home warm, personal, and thoughtfully designed rather than overly polished or impersonal. I hope guests enjoy the garden with a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, settle into the slower rhythm of the space, and experience the home as a peaceful retreat in the middle of Los Angeles. What I Love About the Neighborhood: One of my favorite things about living in Miracle Mile is being so close to Los Angeles' museums and cultural landmarks. LACMA is undergoing its major new Geffen Galleries expansion, and the neighborhood is also near the La Brea Tar Pits, the Academy Museum, and Museum Row. The area is known for its beautiful historic Spanish architecture, tree-lined streets, and central location. La Brea Avenue offers excellent restaurants, neighborhood coffee shops, bakeries, and local businesses, making it easy to enjoy both the cultural and everyday pleasures of Los Angeles. Guest Support The landlord is available to show the home to prospective renters before the stay when scheduling allows. The owners will not be living on-site during the rental period. A local property manager will be available throughout the 30-day stay to assist with any questions or issues that may arise. Lister's Relationship to the Space I am the owner/landlord Rental requirements Rental Requirements * One-month rental preferred * Three-week stays may be considered * $40 background check per adult applicant * Security deposit required * Cleaning fee included Pets Policy one small cat or dog is permitted 30-day lease only July 7th-August 8th All utilities included
