We are the only tenants who have lived in the apartment since the renovation, and we've taken good care of the place. Rent: $2,470 total per month, including heat and hot water. Additional bills/utilities: electric, internet/cable, renter's insurance BUILDING We are on the 3rd floor of a 5-floor building. There is an elevator in the building. In the basement, there is a large laundry room with card-operated machines. There is also a caged area that holds delivered packages and which you can only open with your key fob. Applied is a well-run management company. You pay rent and request maintenance all via their online portal. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, and the on-site maintenance staff is very friendly. The building is frequently cleaned and has monthly exterminator visits (though we've never had an issue with bugs or vermin). AREA Incredibly convenient uptown location.
