Charming single family home searching for a family to move in. I have been very good to my family, but it is time for them to move along. I do need some love and updating, but my bones are intact and strong and sturdy. If you like separate formal dining and living areas, I have that and a family room too. The kitchen is galley style with an open window to the family room. My appliances have made it through many years of cooking and cleaning so you may want to consider upgrades, but all are working fine. The carpets have had many fun times and family events so they definitely need to be replaced. A few years back my owner expanded me and made the garage another bedroom and then added another 2 car garage so the cars didn't have to stay outside. Thus, we have two driveways and plenty of land to play on. We have two bathrooms and one has some updates. The master is all set for someone with disabilities since my family had some special needs. Please don't leave me to someone who won't appreciate me. I need an owner that will care for me and love me like my old one. There are a couple areas not quite finished, but the drywall has been installed, and we will need to verify any permits to make sure VA or FHA will allow my small imperfections. My AC and roof are not new, but my hot water heater is. My rooms are comfy and spacious, but please check my math on the sizes.
