    This is an adorable house on .26 acre that the owner (that is me) lived in for eight years and made many improvements. One of the most important aspects of this house is the location. This is a very sought after location for people who want to experience nature, but still be close to what the city offers. Across from the house is a creek and you can hear the frogs when you sit on the porch at night in the summer. People ride by on their horses regularly, and peacocks roam the street and visit the front yard from time to time. And, you can walk to hiking trails. The other wonderful aspect is the community.
