It is a 1 bedroom apartment that we are reducing down to $779 a month, a savings of over $100 a month from new tenant prices. We have lived here for 5 years and are only moving because we're ready for a bigger place. The lease ends at the end of September but you can renew. The rent for renewal will be lower than if you were a new person getting a lease. This is very spacious for a one bedroom apartment at 790 sq ft. Management here is very friendly and helpful - if anything comes up they send someone over right away to help. It's a very pet friendly place if you have a pet. They have a dog park and nice walking areas for dogs around the complex. The move-in deposit would be $150. The location is great - it is near Broadway & Rural, which is 5-7 minutes driving to ASU. An Orbit shuttle comes by right in front of the property every 15 minutes. There's a 711, Safeway, Starbucks, and Potbelly's all within walking distance. They also have gyms here and there is a laundry room in our building that is open 24/7. Move in deposit of $150
