High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, full kitchen amenities, and linens and towels are provided. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. The primary guest's minimum age must be 21. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Inform us of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property's garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. Garbage is only picked up on certain days by the city, and we'll let you know the night before so you may leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards so it can be picked up the next day.
