The rent is VERY reasonable for Austin standards: $1,025.00/month, plus a $950.00 security deposit. Utilities: You'll only have to pay for Electric and those bills are very reasonable. Very new appliances: Amenities: Fridge is a year old, Dishwasher, microwave, range, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer is in the unit! Nice wooden floors, closet space, and an outside patio. The neighbors are either working professionals or retired...so it's a nice, quiet, and safe area. There are running/bike trails behind the property and there's a park nearby. The lease would run until the end of June 30, 2023. So, it's ideal for a teacher or working professional. Parking is free and I'll provide the parking stickers.
