Bedroom has walk-in closet. This is a nice, well-maintained complex with weight room, pool, spa, tennis. Some of the furniture may be able to stay if tenant desires. Next to Walnut Creek Park (7 miles of hike/bike). No carpet, all flooring is quality planking. There are no elevators in the complex. Be sure to park in a space that is marked Visitor.
