Quite, comfortable, easy to care for. Normal utilities bills. Short walk to our mailbox. No street goes straight through our community from the major streets North and South of us. There are trees growing in front of every house, since Redlands is an Arbor city. There is a stiff fine if one removes a tree. The city has groves on much of the land it owns. which makes for a lovely place to live. Redlands is a University city, plus a State collage and a two year college nearby.
