I have a huge rec room area just waiting for you to show off your personalities and be “your” heart's desire. I can be anything you want me to be in this house. That is how much potential there is for you here. There isn't much sheetrock to finish in basement along with carpeting (already wired; insulated). My huge yard is fenced so you can have a safe place for happy kids and romping dogs. Dad has a 12 x 20 tool shed and a double car garage with lots of room for his toys (extra parking for the RV and boats). Even an RV sewer station right here....can you believe it? Great neighbors too. A very safe place with city, county and state police going by day and night. Please come and visit me and expect to be quite surprised at my many features because I HAVE GREAT BONES RIGHT IN THE HEART OF MONTE WITHOUT BUILDING A NEW HOUSE AND EVEN A REASONABLE ASKING PRICE IN AN AREA OF $300K+ HOMES. Neighborhood Description This house sits on a quarter city block (and no alleyway). It is a very large lot, but looks much smaller when you drive by than when you walk out in the back yard. It is very illusional and whole house looks smaller than its 1383 per floor. My neighbors are kind and friendly. People walk by safely all day long. MONTESANO IS CONSIDERED A DESTINATION SCHOOL DISTRICT AND IT IS AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL PLACE TO RAISE CHILDREN. MY GRANDCHILDREN GO TO SCHOOL HERE AND LOVE IT (taken out of another school district). PARENTS AND SCHOOL WORK TOGETHER TO RAISE RESPECTFUL CHILDREN INTO HARD WORKING YOUNG ADULTS AND THE PARENTS ARE VERY INVOLVED (JUST GO TO A SCHOOL FUNCTION) THEY ARE ALWAYS CROWDED AND PEOPLE ARE WELCOMING AND KIND. The merchants are very nice to be around in this community.
