This house is located in the Highlands near Gravely Brewery. I am seeking a short term renter while I am in between projects. As you can see, there are parts of the home that are unfinished and I will be finishing some drywall in the house and installing temporary carpet in the loft area but the rest of the house will remain as-is. There is one bedroom in the front of the house and a 700 square foot loft area upstairs that serves as a bedroom. The house has window units for air conditioning and a gas room warmer for the heat source. Unfortunately, there are no laundry hook ups in this house or kitchen appliances but I will be providing a refrigerator. There is a fenced in backyard with a deck and patio area that overlooks Downtown Louisville. Renter is responsible for all utilities.
