If you've dreamed of living in the North End, enjoying the lovely canopy cover of old oak trees, walking to the Boise Co-Op for lunch (get the Mushroom Ban-Mi! Trust us ), and picnicing at Memorial Park (bring the kids, there's an awesome swing set!)-- Welcome Home! Renters' responsibilities include water, gas, sewer/trash, electricity, and internet. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Landscaping/yard upkeep is required. We can include it in the lease for $75/month, or you can self-manage every week. The yard is small, so mowing is limited in the Summer (once a week), but leaf cleanup in the Fall and snow shoveling in the Winter can be substantial. Small (well-behaved) dogs (under 40 lbs) are welcome. We do ask for a non-refundable $1500 pet deposit or $150 per month additional rent. The garage in the back is small; you can fit a small vehicle, or it's perfect for Mountain Bike and outdoor gear storage! There is paved parking for up to three cars next to/in front of the garage, and the garage also has a power door and electric outlets for power tools, etc.
