Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Tenant pays utilities which includes gas, electric, and water. There is currently no history for utilities as the unit was empty for over a year before I took it over. I have been paying the bills for the past 3 months during renovation and can give you amounts from my bills. The insulation in the upstairs walls and attic has just been redone and made correct.
