Hi! My roommate and I are students looking to sublet a room in our 2 bedroom apartment (we already have one room that will be subleased by another student in town for the summer). Move in available ASAP-August 9th. (There's also possible flexibility to stay longer through August if needed!) Total house cost is $1,735, so your portion of the rent would be $867.50 + utilities split with the other person subletting. This is a house with 2 bedrooms, one bath, a side office/studio, a covered front porch, and large front and (shaded) backyards. This is a quiet, cozy neighborhood with very close access to the university, school of art, mill district, bike trails, downtown, etc etc. There is some uncertainty around my roommate's whereabouts next year, so there's a chance one room of this sublet could extend into the full lease term (ending in May '27). We will know more about that possibility during the summertime! cost negotiable for the right person. No smoking. No pets allowed, because one subletter has a cat and the maximum pets allowed is one cat (if you have a cat, still reach out! May be able to negotiate with landlord if things are the right fit).
