Room details
We are looking for a housemate with up to a year commitment on a month-to-month basis. The room is a spacious 12 x 14ft bedroom, with walk-in closet that is 4 x 12ft. The bathroom is right next to the room that has its own pool access.
The kitchen and laundry room will have designated cabinet space.
Pool is usable and like bath water during the spring and summer. It's 5ft deep, so it's not for diving - just a small lap pool.
Keyed access is through the front door. The house does have a full security system.
No parties are permitted. Up to 3 or 4 visitors are allowed.
Only the tenant may use the laundry (no loaning it out).
Use of pool by tenants guests must be requested 24 hours prior to usage, but the individual tenant may use the pool at any time. The hot tub will not be available to the tenant or their guests.
All shared spaces must be maintained clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. If it becomes an issue it will be grounds for termination of the lease.
Smoking ANYTHING at all anywhere in or out on the property is grounds for termination. Tampering with the smoke detectors will immediately terminate the lease!
Housemate details
We are both fairly private teachers that are addicted to quiet time after work that typically involves scathingly brilliant artwork.
The dog is a 5lb packet of joy. She loves everyone.
