Beautiful loft with plenty of light (big windows, high ceilings) at 12th/Spring Garden St next to SEPTA. Fob entry, mail room, bike storage, and a small gym (when COVID isn't happening!). Plenty of street parking (we don't even have parking permits for our car!). Within a 5-10 minute walk to *everything*, including Reading Terminal, Chinatown, Center City, Fairmount, Olde City. This is a sublease (taking over my lease - you will have the apartment for 1 year - Jul 1, 2020 to Jun 30, 2021). Note that taking over my lease = LOWER RENT than if you were signing a new lease with this building.
