The home is equipped with a water softener to remove the hardness of water. Washer and dryer and a 1 gym in the garage. Brand new high efficiency AC Trane unit. Three cats live in the home so the renter needs to be a cat lover. House is shared with 2 PhD male students. 1 year lease. No smoking in the house (smoking only outside). Utilities are included. 1 parking strip available on the property. The owner will be responsible for fixing malfunctioned appliances. The owner will provide weekly swimming pool maintenance services, and biweekly landscaping services.
