First off, my real address is 1225 W. Webster Ave. not 1217. For some reason Zillow cannot get it correct. My townhouse is one of three homes that were remodeled in the 1985 contained within a historical building that was built in 1891. The structure has a very colorful past. It's the corner unit with the best location of the three homes. It has a parking pad that is invaluable in a neighborhood where parking is scarce. The garage and pad will accommodate two vehicles. I park a full size Suburban in the garage or on the parking pad. I have installed a new kitchen and added new appliances. I have also replaced the 30 year old furnace with a brand new state of art model. More to come. Neighborhood Description Townhouse is in middle of a wonderful neighborhood with grand remodeled homes. There are little shops and restaurants on the my block. Some of Chicago's finest restaurants and shopping is with in walking distance. DePaul University and church are right down the street. Location X3.
