The 2018 remodel included Bamboo flooring, remodeled kitchen with gorgeous slab granite and new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms, newer carpet, new roof, gutters, downspouts, water heater and siding and RV parking. In the current updates a new custom built new island with stool seating can sit 6 comfortably and has even more cabinets to an already large kitchen. We also have plans to redo the back part of the yard that slopes with a retaining wall, extending the flat space while we revitalize the lawn and built a custom raised bed garden. Also the back porch is going to be replaced with a new deck that is custom built with a stone or brick patio and a pergola.
