Some windows r missin been missing since I moved in roof leaks in over 5 rooms this has been a problem for over 5 yrs now every time it rains all she does is throws black tar goop on the room instead of fixing it the correct way there is black mold in the house & in the walls some areas of the floor in both bath rooms r bout 2 cave in heat works when it wants 2 heat doesn't work in all rooms wiring is old I keep havin power out and there's nothing diff that is plugged in house is shifting off the foundation there is a back porch but no steps 2 to down them 2 get 2 the back yard I have pigeons living in the walls there is also raccoons I have caught inside the house there in the walls as well
