The county roads leading to the lot are well maintained gravel. The drive from Rogers, Ark to this lot is 40 minutes, with a 20-minute drive to Eureka Springs. This lot does not yet have an address, so we used our neighbors. As a result, the Zillow tax assessment reflects our neighbors home + land, and not ours. There are no buildings on our property, and taxes are $164.
