This house is vacant and ready for new tenants now. -We rent our houses as one unit. That means that we only accept one cosigner who is signing for the full property. We also only accept rent in one payment each month. -We require one application from each tenant and an application from the one cosigner. -Utilities are not included in rent. Utilities must be changed into the names of the tenants for the duration of the lease.
