Close to town, resorts, lots of trails including the paved trail into downtown Truckee. No smoking and no marijuana growing. We are long time local resident landlords. Great street with nice neighbors - awesome backyard with green belt and large boulders on property. 1/3 acre lot. This home was built in the late 1970's, but only lived in for a handful of years. It is a bit dated but extremely clean, and it is a very comfy house. Newer gas stove in living room, beds, washer/dryer, toilets, and exterior was just painted August 2021. Single car garage is 22' deep with automatic opener. Older snowblower stays at house with a couple of good shovels. Tenant must maintain snow shed from roof in front of garage and front steps area. This is a great neighborhood with respectful neighbors whom we've known for many years. If you are looking for a party house, please look elsewhere as this is not the house for you. If you are a group of ski resort workers looking for a 3-4 month lease, I will not respond. If you are a group of roommates, please realize this is a very small house and the rooms are right next to each other. No pets or smoking. Thanks for looking! First, last and deposit required.
