No pets or smoking inside the Basment. Lease Terms: A one-month security deposit is required upon signing the lease. Water and electricity are included in the monthly rent. Tenant is responsible for setting up and maintaining their own Wi-Fi service. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the basement. No pets are allowed on the premises. The AC unit is controlled and used by the property owner. The tenant is fully responsible for any damages to the property. If the tenant fails to repair any damage, the owner will arrange for repairs and the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. The Tanent is fully responsible for cleaning the walkway bath in winter if it snows, and in summer responsible to clean up the stairs and walkway.
