Full basement very nice with laundry hook-up. Very small yard and mowing is included in the rent. Renters are responsible for all utilities. Full background check and income confirmed through Zillow. There is a 35 dollar fee for this paid through Zillow. Before you contact the landlord, you must fill out the information about yourself on Zillow. Also, for all applicants there will be a $35 dollar application fee to run a background and income check on interested renters. Renter pays all utilities. We are looking for someone to rent for long term. However, the lease is for one year and month to month after the first year. Anytime there is a situation with plumbing, heating or cooling renters will need to contact the landlord as soon as the situation occurs. We will take care of the problem as quickly as possible. Renter must notify landlord of any pictures or wall hangings, the landlord requires the proper mounting. Command strips are what we allow. Not nails or screws. NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED. AGAIN, NO PETS ALLOWED If landlord discovers either smoking, vaping or pets this will break the lease immediately.
