Our condo is a townhouse style building connected to only one other unit of a set of 4 buildings. The main floor has a living/dining room area, coat closet, kitchen with washer/dryer and pantry in a separate room, 1 1/2 bathroom. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and shower, 2 sinks. There are 2 parking stalls in a gated community. There is one storage unit. This is a six month or one year lease for $2600 a month. The lease includes gas, water, sewer, garbage and exterior and yard maintenance. The building is managed by an external property manage and we manage the unit. There is a $300 non-refundable move-in fee and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $400. The security deposit of $800 will be refundable at move-out depending on the condition of our unit. This is a no-smoking, no pet unit. Each applicant must provide $45 for a background check. All applications will be processed through the Rental Housing Association of Washington.
