    Located on the end of a dead-end street. Quite street. 1357 sqft. 1/3 acre lot 2/3 Br 1 1/2 bath with a large finished basement that was used a 3rd bedroom. Living Room (with sliding glass door access to deck) Dining Room (with Sliding glass door access to deck) Kitchen Pantry in the dining room (my wife thinks it's funny that I call this the "food closet") 2 x Bedrooms on the main level Full bath with tub/shower combo on the main level 5 x closets (Hall, each bedroom, kitchen, and basement room) Large finished basement room (we used as a bedroom) 1/2 bath in basement Laundry room with washer and dryer hookups in the basement. Other features • In-ground pool with a separate fence. • Hardwood floor throughout the main floor • Large fenced in back yard • Deck wraps around the back and side of the home. • Electric heat and air (central) • Metal roof in great shape. • Natural gas: Water heater and range. Also connections in the home for back up heat and on the deck for a grill. • Unfinished storage closet in basement for tools and junk you don't want in sight. Has concrete floor. Fuse box, water heater, and plumbing access is in here too. Problems: The pool hasn't been opened in 2 seasons. The water is green and the filter will need work prior to starting back up. The liner was is in decent condition with no holes the last season it was open, can't guarantee it is still in good shape. The kids loved the pool when they were little. Now it just breeds frogs. One deck support post is damaged and needs replaced. (I backed a lawn trailer into it) Needs fresh interior paint. The colors are strange… I bought it that way and didn't care enough to change it. Approximately 10-inch hole in the living room wall. It has been patched but needs smoothing out and repainted. (The wall attacked my fist one day.) A tree in the back corner of the back yard needs to come down. It's dead. The deck could use fresh sealer or paint. The basement carpet is old and could use replacing. Hardwood could use some wax. The shower board in the bathroom has a crack in it. I sealed it with silicone. Needs to be replaced. No Screens on the sliding glass doors. The dogs really wanted in the house, we wouldn't let them in…. They scratched the screens up in retaliation. Needs to be cleaned up and needs a few minor repairs here and there. There is still some of my junk in the home and some furniture. I'll get it out if you want, or most of it you can keep if you need it. Couch and love seat are in decent shape, old washer and drier in the laundry room work. The stove/Oven works but the little digital screen is so faint it's barely readable. Paid $61,000 in 2011 for it. Asking $47,000 since it needs some work. Make me a good reasonable offer and we'll talk. Alternatively, this is an assumable mortgage, so you could just work with the bank to take over the current mortgage! The mortgage is current and there are no overdue balances. I have another home and have decided to lighten the load. If I get around to making all of the repairs, the price will go up.
