1219 Blackwatch Drive is a 50-year-old, 1880 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the heart of Manchester within a block or so of the 141 and Big Bend intersection so this location has easy access to Highway 44, 40, and 141. The house is located in Parkway School district and has easy access to grocery stores (Schnucks), restaurants (Imo’s, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, El Maguey, Taco Bell, KFC, etc.) and banking facilities (Regions and Gateway). Right before we moved, we spent several thousand dollars updating the guest master bath and shower with hand-laid tile in the shower and bathroom floor. The main floor also includes a whole house attic fan which is great on those cooler evenings when you want to cool off the house after a busy day. The basement had been semi-finished in one-half of the basement. There is a ¾ bath which we had never used. The full dry basement has room for tons of storage and also has laundry facilities. There is also a storage area under the stairs. There is a walkout from the basement into the backyard. The basement family area also includes a full-size pool table that can stay with the house.
