Garden area in the front and backyard The details: $700/mo rent, utilities (water, WiFi, power, gas) run about $70 80/mo Flexible lease options, move-in available now Common areas are shared, furnished, and shared responsibility to maintain The vibe: We're all in our 20s-early 30s, working professionals, into the outdoors, travel, and our own hobbies. We're mellow, kind, and supportive... we come together over dinner, a movie, or good conversation, but mostly we're just doing our own things in a peaceful house. We're looking for someone who fits that energy: clean, considerate, our age ish, and more into wholesome experiences than a bar scene.
