BEDROOM 3 - 3rd floor with two twin beds, desk area, exercise equipment and additional space great for a blow up mattress, baby equipment or play area. You must be at least 25 year of age to secure reservation and take occupancy unless otherwise accompanied by an individual at least 25 years of age. A non-refundable and non-taxable security deposit insurance premium at a flat rate of $45.00 will be added to each reservation in as an alternative to a full security deposit..
