This house is a dated home of 1958 therefore baths and kitchen are not "house and garden" display rooms. They are functional and modern for the period with new fixtures. Property is on a dead end street affording quiet night and daytime atmosphere. The view of the mountains is absolutely spectacular and one of the best views coordinating the land, lake at the bottom of property and in the distance the Peaks of Otter Mountains. The Lake is not part of the property as Liability problems could arise if a child should drown even in this shallow water. Owners of property touching the lake, are responsible. Addendum: Many viewers have called or stopped by unannounced. Real Estate Agents have called to make a commission. I listed on Zillow because I had bad experience with the general run of Real Estate Agents and the parade of mindless lookers with no intensions of buying. I pity the agents dragging these wood bee buyers around. I do not have to sell, just getting older and mowing 2 acres and taking good care of the place becomes a chore. Phone Calls are welcomed but surprise unannounced stops are not. Bedford is a great little town and folks are very friendly. Crime is nil.
