If you're looking for a 'Historic Charm Meets Modern Vibe' then I'd love to show you after a quick 9 minute drive what Downtown Chandler looks like. A Friday night in Downtown Chandler will often start with dinner at San Tan Brewing or PedalHaus followed up by drinks either at the speakeasy under the red light - The Ostrich or if you're wanting a more lively environment Bourbon Jacks or The Stillery is a perfect place for some country music and dancing the night away. If you're wanting more of a relaxed evening then Puro Cigar bar or The Black Sheep for some wine and live music. Chandlers Farmers Market takes place on Saturday mornings as well. Rest assured this new home of yours has all of the amenities that you could want in a very close proximity (my favorite all-you-can-eat Sushi restaurant is Orient Sushi literally 3 minutes away at the corner of Elliot and S Islands Dr), Old Town Scottsdale is 23 minutes away, the PHX Stadium where the Sun's play is 25 minutes away and there's plenty of shopping locally to explore. For the peace of mind there's at least 7 hospitals for any emergencies as well. On the weekends that you're not wanting to go out then you're in luck! Stay HOME! Relax next to your pool or read a book in your backyard calling for your enjoyment. With weekly maintenance (paid for by landlord) and landscaping (paid for by landlord) you can kick back, relax and enjoy your weekend without having to worry about all the chores that come with a pool, yard or paying the HOA bill (also paid for by landlord). I'm not the typical corporate landlord. I used to live in this house as my primary residence and am looking for good hearted and friendly tenants to take care of this house as if it was theirs. Most importantly while you live here, this is YOUR home. I will respect your space and take care of any concerns or issues that need to be fixed as soon as possible while respecting your home, privacy and peace of mind. Landlord will pay HOA, Landscaping and Pool maintenance fees. Tenant responsible for utilities cost such as internet, water, sewer and electric (SRP) 1 Month Rent for Refundable Deposit when your application is accepted. No smoking indoors. $500 refundable deposit per pet to ensure no permanent damage is done by your animals. Owner pays for the nuance landscaping, pool maintenance and HOA bills. I'm looking for a 1 year lease term with option to extend. I enjoy building friendships with my tenants and the goal is to enjoy this home and stay as long as you see fit. My current tenants have lived here for 2 years and are buying their first home together which I'm so happy for them! For animals we don't charge extra pet rent but ask for a non-refundable $500 per pet deposit since pets undoubtably break things, chew things up and we have to replace things. There's a background check, there are references that I will call for past landlords, and a credit check. Applications will be processed in the order they are received.
