    My name is Eric. I am an Air Force veteran and have a part time veteran family owned business buying and selling real estate. You will be doing business with me a home grown American, not some foreign company. Tucked away in a cul-de-sac I have a well taken care of home ready for a family to move in. The family I selectively choose will NOT WASTE MONEY ON REGULAR RENTALS, Its purpose is to help people stop throwing their money away on rent Instead, a portion of EVERY monthly payment goes toward paying for the home at the end of the lease. No bank qualifying & bad credit is acceptable. My goal is to get this family as OWNERS of this home. MONTHLY PAYMENT AMOUNTS ARE FLEXIBLE BASED ON HOW YOU CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LEASE TO OWN PROGRAM. You pay a down payment (Between $5,000 & $10,000)(REMEMBER THIS DOWN PAYMENT IS SUBTRACTED FROM THE APPRAISAL COST AT END OF LEASE!) and based on that amount determines your monthly amount. Lots of recreational and dining facilities close by. Home is in great condition. I register your payments with credit bureaus as well as long as each payment is on time. BUT THIS ALSO MEANS YOU HAVE A WIDE BIRTH OF OPTIONS to improve on the home in the way you see fit, because the goal is OWNERSHIP. Paint the walls any color, improve the backyard.... ANYTHING YOU DO WILL ONLY INCREASE THE VALUE OF YOUR FUTURE HOME.
