Call for a Tour of our 2 Story Double is located in a quiet neighborhood on 47th St, south of Broad Ripple and close to many amenities as well as the Monon trail and Butler University. The kitchen includes the stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. We have hardwood floors on the 1st floor and carpet throughout the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. There are washer and dryer hook-ups in the well-lit basement. To tour our Double, please contact Jeff or Jessi The Tenants are responsible for utilities ie. gas, electric, cable/internet and snow removal. The Landlord pays for water and lawn maintenance.
