This house is on a nice quiet street, just a 5 minute walk from both UC's main and medical campuses! It's even closer to Short Vine, which has lots of food and entertainment. The lease start date is flexible! Unit 1 is available now. We are open to renting it out short term this summer, but we are looking for a 1 year lease starting in August. Both units have central heating and cooling. Water, sewer, and trash are included with rent. Gas and electric are paid by the tenants. All major appliances such as the stove, oven, fridge, and dishwasher are included. There are a washer and dryer in the basement that is shared between the two units. There is a small but nice backyard with a firepit. It has trees and other greenery that provide some privacy from neighbors. Both units are welcome to use it.
