The place is huge, has light on all sides, hardwood floors and high ceilings, two beautiful porches, a great kitchen with gas range and dishwasher, a dining room, two big connected living rooms, and a little guest nook / study. Great open layout, working fireplace, free laundry in building. Best sunlight in town -- it's on the second floor of a quiet tree lined street, and overlooks our neighbor's well-cultivated flower and vegetable garden. Great sunsets and stargazing from the back porch. We've loved living here and are very sad to leave. It really is the perfect apartment!
