If you have your own furnishings I can take mine. It's a small community with a lot of families. Super quick commute to UMBC, it takes me 8 minutes. There is plenty of parking on the street and in the two lots connected to the building. I have never had an issue with parking. The second bedroom is pretty small, so you'd have to be okay with that.
