Hello there. What I have here is a very large and well maintained double on a quiet street in Clintonville that will be available October 1st. It gets a lot of light on the inside and has 3 bedrooms with useable closet space, (Rare in Clintonville.) a very large kitchen with a dish washer and disposal, big dining room and living room, full basement with washer and dryer hookup and a walk up attic with finished walls and electricity. It also has a large fenced in yard with a shared deck, the house is insulated VERY well with all new windows and is on a quiet street. The house really is a great place to live. It's just steps away from Luckys Market, the bike path, and Glen Echo ravine. The Deposit is $1200.00. No smoking in the house. It ruins paint. There is a $50.00 credit check fee. No AC. But you can use window units. There is plenty of street parking. You will need to pay $25 per person a month for the water bill. (Gas, electric and any other utilities are also paid by tenant.) Pets are possible on a case by case basis and there will be a fee involved with that as well. Depends on the pet. The other thing is that you gotta live right next to the landlord. So, if you tend to make a lot of loud noise it's not going to be a good match, but if you are interested in living in a nice peaceful place AND have all the repairs done promptly then it's a GREAT thing. (I also do all the yard work, so that's a nice bonus.) I'm currently in the process of repainting everything, freshen up the floors, installing a new counter top, kitchen floor and a few other things.
