I'm an architect living in Ithaca, NY. I'd like to rent my two bedroom, two bathroom, fully furnished house for this Cornell Spring semester starting on Jan.1, 2026. The house is in the North Campus area, just a short walk to the Cornell Arts Quad. It has a nice outdoor balcony, living room, dining area, quaint kitchen with all necessary dishes, glassware and cookware (but no dish-washer), hardwood floors, working fireplace, and free washer and dryer. The master bedroom is 160 square feet, has a double bed, one 3' x 8' closet and includes a private 6' x 9' bathroom. It's on the third floor. The second bedroom is 90 square feet, has a twin bed, a 2' x 3' closet and it's on the second floor. My office is also on the second floor but it's unavailable and will be locked. See the floor plans that are included with the photos. The house is available from January 1, 2026. I'm currently flexible on the end date, anytime in May is acceptable. The rent is $2,000/month. Rent includes heat and electricity and high speed wireless internet. There are no additional expenses beyond the rent. There are two parking spaces available on site in the driveway for no additional charge, but use of the garage is not included. Grad students, faculty, or professionals only. No smoking indoors. I would consider a dog. I'm looking for responsible tenants who will take good care of my home. House is available starting Jan. 1, 2026 and only until May 31, 2026. No smoking indoors.
