    This house was completely restored ten years ago and has only had two tenants. The last family lived here for seven years which says a lot about the house and neighborhood. After they moved to a house of their own, we completely refurbished the house and made a number of improvements that make this a real stand out in the rental market. There is a charming covered front porch and small fenced front yard as well as a covered rear porch and fenced back yard. Mature trees and landscaping lends privacy and shade. All lawn care, leaf removal and landscaping are included in the rent. The driveway provides ample offstreet parking and there is a two car garage/shop/chill spot with insulation, lights, cabinets and shelving. The house is located in the Brooklyn-South Square Historic District within 3-4 blocks of restaurants, theaters, galleries and breweries of downtown Salisbury and easy access to the interstate and shopping along Innes St. This is an urban location, if you are looking for a house in the country or a suburban cul-de-sac, this is not for you. You really have to see the details of this house to appreciate it, so text or call me and come check it out! And I have my own application so don't bother with the one on Zillow. Owner pays for lawncare. Tenant pays for power and water.
