This loft has a spacious bathroom, walk in pantry, and a private large balcony for outdoor entertaining that looks over the waterfront. There is a shared laundry adjacent to the unit along with a shared balcony on the roof for barbecuing, gardening, and seating. Appointments available upon request. The building sits on a large parking lot with designated spots for tenants, there is a fee to reserve as they are limited. All doors are locked 24/7 with high quality security cameras surrounding the buildings exterior, as well as in the lobby. There is an access panel on the front door with individualized access codes for each tenant and their guests. We have hired a security company to routinely surveillance the area. Pets are allowed with a monthly fee, you will have to make a short walk across the street to the waterfront park to let them out. We have housekeeping that comes every Friday to clean hallways, the lobby bathroom and balcony. Maintenance is there multiple times a week to handle claims, clean parking lot and sidewalks.
