I am renting my fully furnished one bed on bath condo. It has a king in the master and another king and queen bed in the loft for quests that want to come spend the night for ski weekend. All utilities are included and it does have parking for up to 5 cars. Snow removal is on the onus of the renter. There is a hot tub that is shared with the unit next door.
